A lot has changed since we said farewell to Atticus. Kristin moved to Minneapolis, got married and started eating delicious, delicious meatballs. That's not a euphemism, I swear.
I also moved (19 entire blocks!), attended Kristin's wedding and started taking rides on a Harley. That might be a euphemism.
When the shop closed, 2 to 3 separate people told us they were really going to miss the blog. People we weren't even related to. Atticus was home to so many of us for so long that the blog became our version of a family album. We wrote about whatever inspired us that day or week and the clothing always found its way in organically. I'm forever grateful to Kristin for fostering my (mostly and often wildly) inappropriate ramblings. Was writing an ode to Shelly Long in Troop Beverly Hills totally necessary? Probably not. But was it totally fulfilling? Oh yes.
So this is where we landed. Maybe other friends just talk on the phone when they stop seeing each other every day, but far be it for us to deny our readers (each other) insightful musings and pictures of me eating Kristin's hand.
